A federal district court erred in tossing lawsuits by hundreds of families who claimed they or their children developed autism or attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) due to prenatal exposure to acetaminophen, the active ingredient in the popular pain and fever reliever Tylenol, the Second Circuit held July 13.
