Delaware Court Limits Discovery of Peer Review Committee Actions

A Delaware trial court denied a medical negligence plaintiff’s motion to compel discovery of a hospital’s peer review of the outcome of the surgery at issue, finding such actions should be protected under the state’s peer review statute.
