Seventh Circuit Sides with Government, Agrees to Toss Whistleblower Action

The Seventh Circuit reversed August 17 a lower court decision refusing to grant the government’s motion to dismiss one of eleven qui tam actions alleging violations of the Anti-Kickback Statute (AKS) against various pharmaceutical defendants.
