Marketer Charged in $60 Million Kickback Scheme

A federal grand jury indicted Vinson Woodlee, owner of pharmacy marketing firm Med Left LLC, on one count of conspiracy to pay and receive healthcare kickbacks and three counts of soliciting and receiving healthcare kickbacks in violation of the Anti-Kickback Statute, First Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Texas Prerak Shah announced August 20.
