Ninth Circuit Rejects Effort to Block California's Ban on Pay-for-Delay Drug Settlements

The Ninth Circuit ruled July 24 that the Association for Accessible Medicine (AAM), which represents the generic and biosimilar industry, lacked standing to mount a constitutional challenge to a California law (AB 824) prohibiting pay-for-delay drug settlements.
