A federal judge in Oregon granted March 19 summary judgment to a coalition of states challenging Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr.’s declaration late last year that “sex-rejection procedures” for minors “are neither safe nor effective as a treatment” for gender dysphoria.
