Humana Appeals Decision Tossing Challenge to Medicare Advantage Star Ratings

Humana Inc. is appealing to the Fifth Circuit a recent decision rejecting its challenge to the lower Medicare Advantage (MA) star ratings for 2025 that the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) assigned to some of the insurer’s largest MA plans.
