U.S. Court in DC Holds Relator Entitled to 18% Share of FCA Settlement

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia held that relator Elizabeth W. Kennedy should receive an 18% share of a False Claims Act (FCA) settlement involving Novo Nordisk Inc., above the 15% statutory minimum, but below the 24% that she asked the court to award her.
