Tennessee Company to Pay over $480,000 to Settle Allegations of Fraudulently Operating Pain MD Clinics

Franklin, TN-based Rinova The Wellness Group, PC is paying more than $480,000 to resolve allegations the company misrepresented that it provided services when they were in fact a continuation of services by another suspended company, resulting in improper Medicare payments, U.S. Attorney for the Middle District of Tennessee Don Cochran announced May 20.
