Kaiser to Pay $30 Million to Resolve DOL Probes of Mental Health Care Access

Kaiser Foundation Health Plan will pay more than $30 million to resolve allegations that it failed to provide its California members with access to mental health and substance use disorder services, the Department of Labor (DOL) announced February 10.
