DOJ Eases Restrictions on Medical Marijuana

The Department of Justice (DOJ) announced April 23 that Food and Drug Administration (FDA)-approved products containing marijuana and state-regulated medical marijuana have been reclassfied from Schedule I to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act.
