Cadia Healthcare Facilities in Delaware paid $182,000 and agreed to implement a corrective action plan for potential violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy and Breach Notification Rules, the Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced September 30.
