DC Circuit Nixes Louisiana Insurer’s Challenge to Medicare Advantage Star Rating

The D.C. Circuit rejected June 29 HMO Louisiana, Inc.’s (HMOLA’s) challenge to its 2025 Medicare Advantage star rating that included data from one of its pre-consolidation contracts, affirming summary judgment in favor of the Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
