Aetna Inc., Humana, Inc., Elevance Health, Inc. (formerly known as Anthem), and three large insurance brokers failed to shake an action under the False Claims Act (FCA) alleging they participated in a massive kickback scheme involving Medicare Advantage (MA) plan enrollments after a federal district court in Massachusetts largely rejected their motion to dismiss the government's claims.
