Government Reaches $5 Million Settlement with Chiropractor

A chiropractor and her medical practice will pay more than $5 million to resolve False Claims Act allegations of false billing, Bobby L. Christine, U.S. Attorney for the Southern District of Georgia, announced August 21. Dr. Jennifer Heller, D.C. will pay $700,000 and Heller Family Medicine will pay more than $4.3 million of the settlement.
