U.S. Court in Tennessee Upholds HHS’ Refusal to Void Data Bank Report

A hospital only lifted, not vacated, a physician’s summary suspension, and the Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Secretary properly refused to void its reports to the National Practitioners Data Bank (NPDB) on that basis, a federal court in Tennessee held September 9.
