Behavioral Health Provider to Pay $65,000 to Settle HIPAA Right of Access Probe

The Department of Health and Human Services Office for Civil Rights (OCR) announced March 24 that Arbour Inc. will pay $65,000 to resolve potential violations of the Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) Privacy Rule’s right of access standard.
