D.C. Circuit Says Hospitals Can Include Medicaid Demonstration Patients in Calculating Payments

A hospital may include days of care provided under a demonstration project in calculating its Medicaid fraction for purposes of its disproportionate share payment, the D.C. Circuit said November 13.
