Second Circuit Vacates Judgment for No-Fault Insurer in Reimbursement Row with Provider That Paid for Patient Referrals

The Second Circuit revived March 10 a reimbursement dispute brought by Government Employees Insurance Company (GEICO) against a New York provider who the no-fault insurer said rendered services based on improper patient referrals from third parties.
