Substance Abuse Treatment Provider to Pay $295,000 to Resolve Allegations of Improper Billing

Connecticut Counseling Centers (CCC), which provides outpatient substance abuse and mental health services, will pay more than $295,000 to resolve allegations that it caused Medicaid to overpay for urine drug testing services, U.S. Attorney for the District of Connecticut John H. Durham announced May 5.
