HRSA Approves 340B Drug Rebate Plans to Start January 1

The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) has approved plans for eight drug manufacturers to participate in a 340B Rebate Pilot Program and provide discounted drug pricing to covered entities in the 340B drug discount program via rebates, starting January 1, 2026. The approvals follow HRSA’s announcement of the Pilot Program in August and publication of a Notice inviting manufacturers to submit rebate plans for review and approval by HRSA.
