AHLA will apply for Continuing Education Credits for this program. Participants will be able to receive credits for the live virtual event and/or sessions watched on demand, and the in-person program. Participants must fill out a Request Form and be completed when your live and/or on demand sessions are COMPLETE. Participants must fill in the requested information, esign, and submit in order to receive credit.

Participants MUST:

  • Log into your myAHLA accounts and make sure you license information is up to date.
  • For the virtual Program, keep track of the Attendance Verification Code for each session you are requesting credits for. The codes will be randomly shown during each session. Participants will need to write the code to fill in on the request form. We will also be tracking sign on and sign off times of participants for each session – live or on demand. Indicate each session attended and the number of minutes attended. If the full session was attended, please put in the maximum number of minutes available (number only). You will receive credit based on the actual amount of time in each session. If you do not indicate the amount of time, you will not receive credit.
  • For the in-person program, attendees will receive a bar code on their badge to scan in and out of each session attending.
