About the Program

The AHLA In-House Counsel program is a collegial day of rich discussion specifically designed to address the varied (and always increasing) demands on health care in-house counsel. Legal and compliance leaders from across the industry will share practical strategies for effectively and efficiently managing the challenges confronting health care legal departments.

Sessions will address topics such as:

  • Best practices for working with outside counsel and consultants
  • Facilitating good governance
  • Smart strategies for staffing the legal department
  • Successful collaboration between legal and compliance
  • Prioritizing leadership, personal wellness, and more
