Board contributions enable management to provide timely recognition through appreciation lunches, annual team retreats, post-conference celebrations, holiday gatherings, individual tribute recognition, and remote-inclusive appreciation activities. These initiatives acknowledge extraordinary staff efforts while fostering connection and gratitude across our distributed organization.
