All program sessions will be held in the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld® conference rooms. When available, a printable schedule with the assigned conference rooms can be downloaded on the Schedule page.
Hotel accommodations are not included in the registration fee. AHLA's block of rooms were a discounted rate of $234/night plus tax and resort fees through January 6. Reservations received after the cut-off date will be accepted by hotel at a space and rate availability basis only.
