Supreme Court Maintains Access to Mifepristone by Telehealth, Mail Delivery for Now

Mifepristone can continue to be prescribed remotely and delivered by mail after the Supreme Court decided this week to keep in place a pause on a Fifth Circuit decision that reimposed an in-person dispensing requirement for the abortion pill.
