First Circuit Vacates Injunctions of Medicaid Funding Restriction for Abortion Providers

The First Circuit vacated December 12 preliminary injunctions that blocked the administration from enforcing a Medicaid funding restriction included in the One Big Beautiful Bill Act (OBBBA) that applies to Planned Parenthood health centers.
