U.S. Court in DC Rejects Challenge to HHS Denial of Death Benefit Claims over COVID Countermeasures

The U.S. District Court for the District of Columbia dismissed February 10 a challenge to the Department of Health and Human Services’ (HHS) denial of claims related to the use of COVID-19 countermeasures because the complaint failed to allege the agency adopted an improper “singular cause” policy.
