About the Program
This year's conference promises to be an exciting and informative meeting where some of the leading in-house and outside lawyers, compliance officers, consultants, and other advisors for the long term care industry will be presenting on legal, compliance, and operational issues faced by providers. Sessions will focus on cutting edge issues that are front and center within the post-acute continuum. Sessions are geared towards nursing facility, assisted living, and home health audiences. AHLA programs are distinguished by the expertise as well as the range of perspectives our faculty offer. The faculty will provide insight and analysis on regulatory changes, operation management, transactions, and compliance.
