Available Opportunities for Long Term Care and the Law

Two complimentary program registrations will be included with any of the below sponsorship options as well as an exhibit table at the program:

  • Thursday Reception - $5,000
  • Lanyards with sponsor logo - $5,000
  • Conference Wifi – $5,000 (wifi login passcode will be customized to be the sponsor firm name)
  • Notepads for attendees with sponsor logo - $4,000
  • Post event CLE webinar – $6,000 (sponsor may moderate webinar)
  • Post Event e-program - $4,000 (includes all of the written materials and session recordings)
  • Pens for attendees with sponsor logo - $4000
  • Afternoon snack break - $5000 (includes cookies and fruit for attendees)
  • Post event Speaker podcast  - $6000 (sponsor may moderate two podcasts with faculty as follow up to presentation)
  • Touchless Onsite Registration kiosks - $5000 (includes sponsor logo branding) – all attendees will use these at registration to print their badge
  • Conference Signage - SOLD
  • Mobil App - SOLD

All sponsors will be recognized in marketing in advance of the program, on AHLA’s website, onsite during the event, in emails to members, prospects and attendees, and on the program app.  AHLA’s marketing reaches well over 25,000 health law professionals via email and a larger audience via social media.
