Golf Day at the Winter Institute
Kick off the Winter Institute with an unforgettable Sunday on the greens. Join fellow attendees and organizational leaders for an 18-hole scramble at Bali Hai Golf Club—the only championship course on the Las Vegas Strip.
This optional add-on is your chance to build relationships in a relaxed setting before the conference begins.

8:00 am Shotgun Start
Participants should arrive by 7:15 am for check-in, breakfast, club rental pick-up, and practice/warm up. Event will end around 1:00 pm.

Approximately 1.7 miles south on the Las Vegas Strip from The Reserve at Park MGM.
Format
18-hole Scramble. All skill levels are welcome. Players will play in groups of 4. Pairings will be assigned.
On-Course Competitions
Prizes will be awarded for closest to the pin, long drive, and overall team standings. Winners will be announced at the post-round gathering and recognized at the Welcome Reception on Sunday evening.
Fee
$285 — includes green fee, carts with GPS and Bluetooth Speakers, practice balls, and water on the course.
Fee does not include club rental. Information will be provided to those who are interested in renting clubs from Bali Hai. Club rentals available for $89/set.
Interested in sponsoring an attendee’s golf day fee? Contact us and we’ll make the arrangements. The participant must be registered for the Winter Institute as an attendee. Registered guests/companions of the Winter Institute are not eligible to play.
Important Details
Space is limited to 40 participants. Registration for this event will close when we reach the maximum number of players or by February 8, 2027.
A limited number of rooms are available within the AHLA room block on Saturday, February 20. Rate may vary from the standard conference rate. Book early—availability is limited.
Transportation to and from the course is not provided.
Cancellations, refunds or transfers will not be accepted after February 1, 2027.
