Webinar: Health Inequities and Structural Discrimination

Right to Be - Harassment Training
AHLA’s Membership, Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Accessibility Committee invites you to participate in a free, one-hour, interactive training that is being hosted by Right To Be. Learn about and leverage the organization’s methodology to safely intervene when you experience or witness harassment in public spaces. The 5 D’s of bystander intervention – distract, delegate, document, delay, and direct – are essential and useful skills for every member to have in their toolbox. Become an ally and help to advance IDEA in your community.

Building a Better Work/Life Balance

How to Achieve Any Goal
Guest speaker Angela Han will offer tips and suggestions on how to work towards our goals while living a well-rounded, balanced life. Forty (40) minute presentation from guest speaker, followed by twenty (20) minutes of small group Zoom breakout sessions where participants will network, discuss goals, and group brainstorm. Participants will walk away with a personal or professional goal and the first step to get there.
